Lilian Abrams (Ph.D., MBA, ICF-MCC, EMCC Master Practitioner, EMCC ESIA) is an accredited executive coach, coach supervisor, organizational psychologist and OD professional, with over 20 years of Fortune 50 consulting experience. She served in senior OD/applied research consultant staff roles for Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, Nabisco, and Kaiser Permanente.  Since then, she has coached C-level, senior, and mid-level executives for large/global and successful start-up organizations, across multiple industries: These include ADP, BASF, Blackstone Group, BMS, Capco, Calypso, Cloudera, the FAA (R&D), HSBC, Invesco, KPMG, Macy’s, Marsh & McLennan, MJHS, MOMA, New York Presbyterian/Columbia Hospital, Pacira, Sanofi, Unilever, Warby-Parker, Turner Construction and UTC, among many others. She also contributes coaching for global activist young women leaders; serves as US Ambassador for APECS (UK); and in 2020 contributed a chapter based on her own research team’s work to the volume “Innovations in Coach Supervision”. She continues to publish, teach, and serve, always seeking to learn and offer the light of helpful clarity to others, at the right time.
