"Culture - for action" was our theme for April. We enjoyed sharing our blogs this month, and delighted to share our collective learning as we wrap up this month's theme.
We are all living in an environment with cultural and societal norms. Be courageous. Whether to follow or transcend these norms is a choice we can all make consciously according to our values and strengths. Make choices and take actions that are right for you, instead of what may be dictated or expected of you. Be compassionate. Deepening your awareness and empathy towards others as you make and act on your choices by listening carefully, observing fully and asking thoughtful questions.
