Sue Young, (MSc CMC IC, MAC, APECS) has worked for over 20 years in the UK and Europe with senior and middle levels of management as an OD Consultant, Executive Coach and Leadership Team Coach in a range of private, public sector and not-for-profit organisations. She enables greater leadership at all levels in an organisation, engaging people in organisational and cultural change. She has developed specialisms in working with High Potential individuals and groups from traditionally social disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them realise their leadership potential, and in developing coaching skills and attributes for Health professionals, and organisations’ specialist internal coaches.
