Executive presence is about building one's character within an organisation. It takes time to build because character has to do with the way we perceive ourselves whilst consistently aligning one's actions to fit one's behaviours and expectations, as well as being something that's valued by others. And, Executive Presence has also been identified as an area for development from many leaders, executives, managers, human resources and talent management professionals within organisations.
