June’s theme: change – for reflection

People say that what we’re all seeking is a meaning for life. I don’t think that’s what we’re really seeking. I think that what we’re seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane will have resonances without own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.”

"Change - for reflection" is our theme for June. We look forward to sharing our blogs over the coming month;Way Out by Markus Wachter each offering our unique and diverse perspective. We open this month's topicwith the following image, "Way out". Taking time to stop and reflect as change happens around us every second, every minute, every hour of the day requires discipline, motivation and understanding the intrinsic value of frequently pursuing it. It's a cyclical exercise where we consciously choose to have a break, by pushing that pause button, to breath, reflect, collect and integrate those thoughts before finally letting them go. What do you think it’s worth to you to reflect on how you are doing in change rather than being or unwittingly swept along by change? How do we reflect change in all aspects of our life, and is it the way we want it to be observed by others and ourselves? Allowing ourselves that time to reflect: do we need to go follow the signs for the way out or do we turn around or do we just stay where we are? Let’s find out.
